About Alberto's Cantina

After 13 years of successfully running a Mexican restaurant in Pleasanton, Alberto & Linda Palacios went looking for another successful location. Alberto's Cantina opened early May at Blackhawk Plaza and is sure to please with its generous portions and affordable prices.

Born in Monterrey, Mexico, Alberto offers specialties such as Mole Poblano, pork carnitas, slowly cooked for hours, and fish tacos. Guests can dine lakeside or enjoy the sports bar with more than 100 tequilas. Kids eat free on Tuesdays with a paying adult.

For lunch and dinner from 11:00 a.m. through 10 p.m. weekdays. Extended hours on Friday and Saturday until midnight. Parking is free at the Plaza and always available.
